I didn’t know which battery I needed as my van wasn’t imported the usual way when new so doesn’t appear on the database used when we enter our reg onto every motoring website. So John helped me go old school and went through it the old fashioned way with me and worked backwards to figure it out. I don’t usually write reviews, but John went above and beyond to find the battery I needed. Outstanding.
