I’ve bought car batteries from the Battery Guys on several occasions over the years and got great service.
Unfortunately on this occasion I bought a battery online and was notified that it had been dispatched. This was followed by a further note with quantity “0” in the invoice and the money paid was refunded immediately to my account. I presume that the dispatch note was sent and the warehouse then found that it was out of stock but no actual explanation was given.
I then got a battery with a 3 year guarantee from elsewhere locally for £2 less.
