Ordering correct item on website was straightforward and said item delivered as required.
The issue was that i ordered on saturday morning and free next day delivery if ordered before 3pm was brightly advertised and hence i paid the extra as the need was very urgent and i was hoping sunday or even monday at very latest
On reviewing your conditions of delivery i read that weekend orders are not dispatched until monday ( Would friday orders also also be impacted ?)
Although you may argue that i should have read the T&Cs it caused a problem
