I have ordered before from The Battery Guys and received first class service. On this occasion they have been let down by their carrier, Parcelforce. Despite paying for next day delivery I didn’t receive the battery. I am still waiting but nevertheless give a ‘Very Good’ because of past service. Parcelforce need a kick up the rear end and I cannot complete the survey.
