Too early to comment on the quality of the battery bought, but I just can't fault the service at all. First battery was delivered the next day (and we live in quite a remote location). I then realised that I had foolishly bought the wrong battery (despite good help on the website that there were two options and to make sure I chose the right one!!!!), The Battery Guys have been brilliant. The correct one is now on its way and they'll refund the price of the original one once returned. Great service.:)
