I have been a customer for 5 years and always pre-order for collection at c. 3pm on the date required. The order is always ready when I arrive and the CWB team are friendly, helpful and efficient. Mistakes do occur but the checkout procedure at the tills normally identifies these. If any items are out of stock prior to the collection date CWB advise by email and sometimes by phone as well. CWB prices are very competetive and their associated offers eg ferry,eurotunnel,free stock etc and range of wines make them my first choice wine and beer warehouse in the Calais region.
