We always visit Calais Wine when we go to Calais and buy the majority of our wines from them. When you pre-order, the order is made up and waiting for you. We have not yet experienced the new sampling area, but the area we have experienced contained a great deal of wines and if the one you are interested to try is not there, I am sure the most helpful staff would open one for you.
We always make a considerable purchase and take advantage of the free travel offer. This is easy to arrange with Calais Wine and they do everything for you.
