Have been a customer at Calais Wine store for about 5 years now and find the experience very good. There are good value offers regularly which makes it worth a trip. The shop & staff are always welcoming & nothing is too much trouble. The only negative I have had over this period was the purchase of several boxes of half bottles of Cono Sur earlier this year. I have lost several bottles due to the corks not coming out successfully. As it is sparkling wine it all flows over the top when the cork breaks up. If I push the cork into the wine it goes flat immediately! That said, I will be returning soon!
