Absolutely fantastic service from Calais Wine! We had spent over £300 so used the free Channel Tunnel crossing offer and I can't wait to use it again. When we arrived, our order was ready and waiting to collect. We wanted to add more items after being able to try stuff we'd seen online in the fab tasting station. The staff helped us find items as we couldn't find what we were looking for. They even offered to help us out to the car after we'd paid. Unfortunately, one of the boxes broke as we were loading the car and a bottle of wine smashed in the car park. Staff were straight out to help clear up and replaced the broken bottle. I didn't expect it to be replaced as it was my fault, but they didn't hesitate. Overall, the staff do an amazing job and are so friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be recommending to friends and will be using the service again!
