I have been shopping here for at least seven years. The Calais Wine Superstore is an excellent place to buy a wide range of fizzy wines, wines and beer. Just off junction 3 from Calais port or down the road from the large Calais Carrefour supermarket and petrol station. It is also only 10 minutes off the main North South motorway if you are using the Tunnel or via Dunkirk. There are always special deals on wine, some by pre-order and some when you call. If you are on a short break or day visit to France then there are offers which will pay for your crossing. I always go for longer so take advantage of the other discounts. It is quite easy to decide how to get the best offer. In the store there always plenty of wines that you can taste and the staff are friendly and helpful. The store is well organised and there are big signs for each area of wine so you do not need to wander around all the store if you know what you want to buy. On my first couple of visits I spent a while mooching but now I know what I want and I pre order so it is all on the truck ready for payment and loading in the car. There are some brilliant savings to made on British supermarket prices between £2 and £7 a bottle because of the extra taxes on alcohol in the UK. Cheers CN
