We like the website which is easy to use and has clear pricing.However we feel there should be discounts on how much you spend rather than it revolving around the channel crossing. We h ave never found it convenient to order wine and book travel at the same time as we need to be flexible with our crossing time. We visit every year but and spend around £4-500 pounds each time but there is no loyalty scheme.perhaps a voucher/discount for returning customers ?
