This was our 4th very large order this year for friends and family and as for the last few years I have been buying wine from Calais wine, everything was excellent. The choice, range and price of wine is magnificent and generally even with very large orders stock availability is very good. The staff are friendly, helpful and very good at what they do and particularly focused on the customer, it is easy to communicate with the store by email removing the need for expensive continental phone calls. There was a little hiccup with our order but it wasn't a problem to us because we knew it would be dealt with professionally and it is the manner in which it is resolved that is the important factor that ultimately influences a feeling and opinion about the company, and we had every confidence that it would be fixed. Never have a moments hesitation when recommending Calais wine to others.
