I've always found them to provide excellent value for money. With most requirements ordered in advance, I turn up at the agreed time to find everyone waiting on a trolley - very good service. I don't believe the savings against the UK price that they print out on the till roll - but you can do your own comparisons and work it out - it is still very worthwhile making the trip.
Only slight downside was that the free 12 bottles of that they gave me for my +£400 spend was probably amongst the worst wines I have ever tasted. But, still, it was free!
