Excellent service. I originally made my order in October but, for various reasons couldn't travel until January.. All travel rearrangements made cheerfully and efficiently. There was a slight delay with the tunnel crossing but these things happen. We then managed to get an earlier train back and avoided a huge jam on the M11. Great staff, very helpful and knowledgeable. Have been before and will continue to go again. Look at the prices of wine in the supermarket on your return - it will make you glad you went!
