I requested a free Eurotunnel crossing from Calais Wine Superstore. We received confirmation the next day, but unfortunately for the wrong date. I emailed the store and we received confirmation of the amended booking within a couple of hours. We always shop at the store on our way into France and on our way home, and make the occasional day trip for shopping. The staff are always friendly, helpful and efficient. We have no hesitation in recommending Calais Wine Superstore.
