Everything fine but two points. First: I tired to pay by cheque which could not be verified by phone. I don't have a cheque guarantee card (do they still exist?) and anyway they were only good for £250 and this order was more than that. So had to pay by card and suffer a significant currency fee. Second: when I unloaded the boxes a couple of days later, one bottle had been broken some long time ago. When I contacted the company I was offered a refund - next time I visit which could be some long time away. Not a real issue for a bottle costing a couple of pounds but a simple refund would have been more customer friendly.
