It is easy to order on line and makes life much easier when you are on your way back to the ferry or train, if you are running tight for time it really helps. The staff are always helpful and on the odd occasion when I have rung from the UK to check something they have always responded quickly and are so friendly. The offers are always good. The only downside is that I would like sometimes to pay on-line as sometimes I cannot travel because of work commitments and my husband could then collect for me
