One thing that is very annoying is that you send out emails to say a certain wine is available and I then pre order only to find 2/3 days prior to my collection I am emailed to say the product is out of stock so you have sold my order to someone else clearly. Also your reasonable wines (£2) are creeping up in price which makes me question is the trip worth it compared to discounted wines in the UK? Also you get some good wines in and never stock them again ! Apart from that all good but trips to you will be less.
