Excellent customer service nothing is to much trouble. Pre ordered some wine which was all on a trolley waiting for me. You can pay in pounds euros, cards in fact anything apart from luncheon vouchers ( Im not sure if you can still get them)
They will even help you to your car and load if you ask.
If you have a party or wedding or you just drink a lot for the fun of it, its worth going, spend enough and they will pay the channel crossing as well.
As soon as we are down to our last two boxes we will be booking another trip.
