The service is very good. We placed an online order to get a return ticket on the Eurotunnel. Everything worked like clock work, apart from the Eurotunnel which had a 3 hour delay...NOT the Stores fault! What did help the situation was that the order was complete and ready for our collection so no time was lost at the store. This is the second time we have done a booze cruise this way and would recommend it.
