My son in law and I visited the store having used your free channel crossing ticket. We travelled in my Audi A6 and were buying a lot of wine, in fact 45 cases.
The member of staff on the till asked if I had enough room in the car and offered to allow me to pack the car prior to paying, ensuring I only paid for what I could take in the car. I gave her my UK driving licence whilst I packed the car. I thought this was very helpful, hence my five star rating!
