The warehouse is around 5 mins from the port, and our order was already laid out on the trolley ready to go. A crib sheet was also provided on how to get your tax free rebate, and the kiosk to scan your barcode at the port is easy and self serviced. Saved a lot of money on this and will last us a few years. Only regret I have is had i visited their website before I would have got my ferry ticket for free as I exceeded my min limit. Staff very helpful
