You always have a very good selection of wines available to taste and will generally open anything that someone wants to taste (within reason of course). When I pre-order, the items are always ready on a trolley for me. The free ferry/train crossing is a real bonus. We can arrive, get our order, pay, load and be back on the road in under 15 minutes unless, as usual, we have a wander about looking at new items that interest us. Your staff are always helpful and language has never ever been an issue regardless of the native tongue of the staff member. Congratulations on a well run business!
