Very easy to deal with. Many of the staff are British or Irish and the French staff speak good English. They offer very good deals; quite a bit seems to be bin ends and special purchases so you have to get in whilst you can. I like the fact that they have a large wine tasting area (park your mother there whilst shopping and she'll be as Happy as Larry when you collect her and bundle her back into your car). We visit Calais Wine about 5-6 times a year and they never let us down. Did I mention the great prices?
