Excellent level of customer service both when responding to emails and in store. Very knowledgeable regarding their products and I have always been happy with their recommendations when they run out of a particular wine I have bought in the past. Prices are superb. We have for the first time made use of the free Eurotunnel travel (even though we have been using them for a number of years) and it was well worth doing, saving us even more money!!
