The whole process from ordering to collection is very simple and easy. The team on site are very, very helpful, giving advice when asked. The tasting room is also very helpful if you are not familiar with any wine they have on offer. We visit the store about three times a year, so very rarely have to buy wine in the UK. The savings are very impressive. The offer to pay for your trip across makes this trip a 'no brainer'.
