I benefitted from a free Channel Crossing. My order was ready and waiting. I was given a slip for 6 Free bottles of wine on my next visit (with a minimum spend). I even helped myself to a free coffee, even if I did not sample any of the many wines available to taste. What is not to like. OK I looked for a particular wine that I had bought on my last trip (Montana Sav Blanc). Whilst I could not find it, they were plenty of alternatives.
