I've been going to the Calais Wine Superstore for years. Each visit I buy my wine for the next year. I order in advance and all the wine is ready for me when I get to the Superstore, and I can still add or take away from my advance order. The staff are very helpful, and the opportunity for wine tasting is not to be missed. One time I bought a case of twelve bottles just on the back of tasting something I'd not come across before. My favourite visit was when I popped in for literally five minutes to pick up my advance order before driving on to be at the start of a stage of the Tour de France at Orchies near Lille. I can't recommend the Calais Wine Superstore highly enough!
