Not what I thought. Staff have time for you, they are knowledgable. Was surprised, as I thought day trips had ceased to be worth it . English supermarkets are as cheap now for wine How wrong can you be! Lots of great wines for a couple of quid. Plus if you spend over £250 you get a free crossing . Oh by the way they will let you taste the wine as well ,and easy five min drive from the port. So for me it was like my local supermarket £7 wine except I got three bottles for less .
