Excellent service and very helpful staff, as always! Loaded my car for me which was a great help. Lots of good value, well known wines and some lesser or unknown wines which are equally good and which can be tasted before buying--but go easy! Tasting room is a great idea and they will open a bottle for you on request if it's not on display. High end wines and champagne are not such good value as UK supermarkets discount these---stick to the low cost wines for better value. One particular niggle--the discount of 10% only works on incremental purchases over £330, £660, £990 etc. It would help if the discount applied to all purchases over £330 in tiers of £100, viz £440, £550 and so on. It is unreasonable for someone spending £600 to only get the same £30 discount as someone spending £330. Can you guys look at this please.
