Great communication re booking free Eurotunnel including a time change after booking which was my fault. I ordered online and simply had to call in and pay, wine was taken out to my car for loading. Service was great instore, friendly, helpful and with no communication issues as everyone speaks English. First class from start to finish. I paid in Sterling and inadvertently used notes which are from a Scottish bank - I’ve often had these notes refused in the south - but they were accepted without question.
