Very easy to communicate with before the visit and our order(s) were all ready and waiting including the amendments we had requested after the initial order(s). Team were polite and extremely helpful and the guy in the car park even loaded our car for us - what more could you ask for - free crossing and free lunch were already being provided by them and so a complimentary case of wine in addition was truly magnanimous.
