Used them lots of time in the past and thought we’d have a big order (£700+ ) this side of Christmas. Ordered weeks in advance but on arrival found that 60 bottles of one wine ( the main one we came over for) was missing from the order. A quick, I’m sorry you should have had a phone call was the extent of the resolution. Clearly stock had not been allocated to us on ordering.
Not happy and would not have travelled over had we known.
