Because of the coronavirus problems this was our first visit for some time. The day before we were due to travel, our car developed a fault and we thought it best to change to an alternative date. Calais Wine made all the arrangements to book the following week with Eurostar, but during that week we decided to change the car. Again, Calais Wine were great, and made all the changes for us. When we got there, I was suffering from a bad back but the chap on the checkout wheeled our barrow out to the car for me. What a gentleman, and what good service from this easy to deal with company. I wish them every success for the future.
