I was happy with the progress until Arani Yogadeva left. I then felt that the communication stopped. Once I was offered a settlement I had very little time to consider and felt really that was my only choice. I had to chase my payment several times despite being told the payment would be made soon after agreeing settlement. I was also told an apology, the most important thing to me would be sought but I never heard anything again. Overall I was disappointed with the overall handling of the conclusion of the case.
