I am not too sure if you represent Brearleys Solicitors, Cleckheaton, who are acting on my behalf. Furthermore the address is 3 Scarbrough Cres, Maltby, not the number you state. It is this level of tardiness, that strengthens my assessment. It is the only word that describes my experience of a "Profession" that (in my experience) has declined in the quality of it's service. Taking into account that during my working life I have moved home upto 5 times, during which I had no problem in being kept informed. I find the lack of communication from Brearleys to keep me upto date, poor. The delays in getting answers to questions raised to the vendors solicitors. It would be of assistance to me to know the questions being asked on my behalf without getting a response. I guess the "Professionalism" once accepted as normal, is in decline. Yesterday I heard from the Estate Agents that the solicitors anticipate that I will be the new owner of 3 Scarbrough Creswithin the next week or so..
