Although a very pleasant experience in store, from there it soon goes very wrong! Waited in all day for a delivery of a dining table & desk, but despite an email (no doubt automated) nothing arrived……. no phone call to explain/apologise, no nothing. On calling customer services was told rather unapologetically that it was an issue with “ the courier” and basically out of their hands?? On demanding that they follow up & give me further information, and more importantly a new delivery date/time, no one has had the courtesy to call me back, yet again zero service. Seems that once they have taken your money they are no longer interested! Not a great way to ensure repeat custom, & I certainly shan’t shop with them again.
