Went to a store today intending to purchase two settees before the sale ended. The company CEO had arrived for a staff meeting taking place in the showroom. I was allocated to one sales assistant who having explained why I needed advice left me to return to the meeting before her coffee got cold!
Overall I left the store without making any purchase. Such a shame and as a result the company missed out on a sale.
