Avoid delivery and go to the shop instead if you can/ must. Or shop elsewhere! I received an email to inform me of the delivery time (7:16am) and then I had to chase 3 hours later to find out what happened when they didn't turn up. I received little empathy or a resolution - I was just told systems were down and the 'delivery suspended' and I would get an update that day. It got to 4pm and still no contact or update so I then had to wait another 16 minutes to get through on the phone having already been passed to a different team. Zero customer service and told they are short staffed today - with respect that isn't my problem. I have spent nearly £700 and I am waiting to hear whether and when I will receive my order. I will need to arrange to work at home again next week assuming they deliver then. Very poor service and they don't sound like they care. Its such a shame as we have moved into a new house and we had planned to buy lots of furniture and accessories but I don't trust the service and the reviews below also don't fill you with confidence over delivery or quality. I have been hugely distracted from work having to make calls and trying to get through to someone to find out what's happening/ whether I could expect a delivery at all today and when it will likely be next week if at all. Very cross and frustrated customer.
