Can't comment on quality of product as still waiting for it. It's really hard to get through to anyone on customer service, you're on hold for at least 20 mins, I have up several times when it took longer, there's no indication where your are in the queue. I supposedly had express delivery for £20 but it turns out they're busy so it's over a week still. Entire process has not been automated, I have to keep chasing things up. It sounds like this company has compelling let itself go and is failing miserably in customer care.
