I am having a terrible time trying to have a very faulty item replaced, it is a large cupboard - very badly damaged - installed wrongly and is now taking up much of my small kitchen and blocking our back door. I am shielding elderly folk and this is patently unsafe. I have called with no joy, no reply, endless on hold and the live feed cuts out. I have had a reply but am now waiting for a safe replacement and call from the delivery company to assure me it will all be done before we go away. \This is the most terrible customer service I have ever received. Previously several friends had recommended them but they seem to have fallen apart. I am writing to the MD CEO etc but I need this unsafe situation resolved and i am very unconfident and fearful that it won't be sorted safely.
