After trying to ring to place an order and not getting any reply except a recorded message I decided to go to the shop and place my order in person. Got there and there was only 3 customers in the shop and 2 delivery drivers I placed the order swiftly and was told there was a 15mins wait. After 30mins I asked how long it would be and the counter assistants all looked at me blankly. They checked all the boxes of food and said it will be 2mins. 10mins later I was told it will be another 2mins. Poor customer service. All I observed in my 45mins in the shop was the focus appeared to be all on the collection of orders by delivery drivers and not the actual customers in the shop
