Saw the ESC on line and after spending a considerable time looking through their literature and samples sent to us, were able to order exactly what we needed. Living in Cornwall, a trip to Manchester was impractical and we were a little concerned regarding dealing with a company so far away - however we need not have worried as the company’s customer care department proved more than helpful. The furniture was delivered sooner than delivery promise and expertly installed in our home (in the pouring rain). I would have no hesitation in recommending the ESC to anyone and would certainly deal with them again in the future.
