I ordered a few packs of partridge hooks from this company and was charged £4 postage for a tiny envelope 17x12cm weighing 24g with a first class large letter stamp affixed that costs (not on account) £1.45. I queried why I was substantially overcharged postage but was flippantly assured that “this doesn’t need to be elaborated”. I don’t like this practice with companies ripping you off on postage. Items will be sent back for a full refund and I will never use them again.
