I have written to them and left a vm with no return call. I bought directly from the website and have not received my package the tracking still says pre-shipment. I can get this on amazon which at the time I did not know and it would be delivered to me in 2 days. I just want some one to respond to my emails or get a refund at this point so then I can just buy it on Amazone
