I am a long time customer of Foop. I have their products several times. I truly believe Foop products are superb.
However, on my current purchase made 7 days ago, it STILL HAS NOT SHIPPED.
I have emailed. I have left several voicemail messages regarding the status of my delivery. I was notified (initially) that my order would arrive 4 days after my purchase date. And still the tracking number is not recognized as a released package from Foop.
I don't buy this product to sit on a shelf. I purchase it because I want to use it...now!
Where is my order????
Why isn't anyone emailing, or calling me back!??
