The service was faultless. However I was very disappointed with the Ted Baker note cards. There are 4 floral cards out of 12. 8 of the cards have birds on and silly comments like Tweet me and Bird is the word. The notecards were for a gift so didn't have time to return them and feel embarrassed to give them. Had I seen the range of designs I would not have ordered them. Thank you. Alison
