I have not received my items. I emailed you 2 days ago to let you know but have had no reply from you.
I no longer require the items as they were a present but since my friends birthday has now passed whilst I've been waiting for them I had to purchase an alternative gift. I emailed you to cancel my order.
I would appreciate a reply to confirm this has happened and that the money will not be taken from my PayPal account.
