The efficiency of receiving the product I ordered was excellent. I chose The Garden Fragrance Company because I have been unable to purchase the Inis Diffuser refill, which I love, locally.
My only criticism would be was that I had to collect the parcel from the post office as I was not in to receive the goods. This is no way a reflection on The Garden Fragrance Company but the local post office who will not leave a parcel, even in a safe place!
