Thank you for identifying the reason my delivery had not arrived. Royal mail failed to leave me a card advising that my item had arrived.
When I completed my previous review I gave a rating of 'poor' which I now wish to change to 'very good' and thank the company for pursuing my initial complaint.
The handkerchiefs are just what I wanted as part of a gift to a friend. They are of a good quality and nicely presented.
